Danil Kustov presented a report about the advantages of TASED «Pavlovsk» at a seminar on support of monotowns
On March 13, a seminar-meeting «Usage of supporting measures for monotowns» was held in Kaluga. Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Central Federal District Arthur Niyazmetov, Deputy Director General of Monotowns Development Fund Evgeny Podshivalov, as well as representatives of regional executive bodies took part in the event.
The Voronezh Region was represented by Director of the Agency for Investments Danil Kustov. He made a presentation of the “Territory of Advanced Social and Economic Development «Pavlovsk» in the monotown Pavlovsk, Voronezh region».
In his report, Danil Kustov noted that TASED «Pavlovsk», which was established on March 16, 2018, has two anchor residents. AGROECO is one of the domestic leaders in the production of pork meat. The total investment volume will amount to 11.3 billion rubles, it is planned to create 1006 new jobs.
The enterprise Sladunika is implementing the investment project «Production and Primary Processing of Berries» with an investment of 23,5 million rubles. 38 jobs will be created through project development.
The Director also noted that five land plots with a total area of 81 hectares, both industrial, agricultural and mixed - use, is provided for effective locale.
In addition, Danil Kustov classified measures of state support for investors. Residents will receive a wide range of preferences. Thus, the income tax rate in the first five years will be 5%, zero rates are fixed on corporate property and land tax and insurances to state extra-budgetary funds are provided at a lower rates.
Concluding his speech, Danil Kustov noted that territory of advanced socio-economic development, confirmed the status of the Voronezh Region as one of the leaders of investment attractiveness in the Russian Federation.
