Employees of the Agency were awarded with appreciation letter of the head of the Department for economic development of the Voronezh region
On March 23, acting head of the Department for economic development of the Voronezh region Anatoly Bukreev thanked the employees of the information and analytical department of the Agency Maria Orlova and Anton Sysoev for developing an application for Priority Social and Economic Development Area (PSEDA) in Pavlovsk.
In November 2017, staff membersof the Agency jointly with the Department and the administration of the Pavlovsky district participated in the preparation of documents for establishment of PSEDA.
In the shortest possible time, socio-economic characteristics of the monotown were developed. Rationale for the budgetary effectiveness of the project, and potential residents and measures of state support were identified.
Anatoly Bukreev emphasized the high quality and efficiency of the Agency’s staff.
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 264 «On establishment of Priority Social and Economic Development Area «Pavlovsk» was signed by the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on March 16, 2018.
The document defines the boundaries of PSEDA, minimum volume of capital investments for residents, at the level of 2.5 million rubles and minimum number of new permanent jobs.
Types of economic activity for preferential treatment, are indicated production of food, cultivation of fruit and berry crops, production of furniture and others.
Priority Social and Economic Development Area (PSEDA) is the territory of the Russian Federation entity with a special legal regime for entrepreneurial and other activities. It establishes in accordance with the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation. The main purpose is to create favorable conditions for attracting investments, ensuring accelerated socioeconomic development and creating comfortable conditions for life.
