Governor Alexander Gusev supported plans for the development of the Voronezh Confectionery Factory
Voronezh Confectionery Factory plans to implement an investment project to modernize wafer and marshmallow production this year. The volume of investments will amount to 175 million rubles, 60 new jobs will be created. This plans was announced during the working meeting of the governor Alexander Gusev with the executive director of the factory Andrey Bokarev, which took place on March 6.
The governor noted the interest of the regional authorities in the sustainable operation of the Voronezh Confectionery Factory and supported plans for the further development of the company, which employs almost 1,500 workers.
The Voronezh factory is one of the largest Russian confectionery enterprises. The factory will celebrate its 85th anniversary in September.
A daily output of the enterprise of 100 tons. The assortment includes more than 200 types of confectionery: candy, caramel, waffles, marshmallows, cookies and marmalade. The company has a wide sales geography, 10% of products are sold in the Voronezh region.
