"LIMAK" plans to invest 1 billion rubles in the construction of the Voronezh bakery.
LIMAK is investing more than 1 billion rubles in the construction project of a bakery production plant in the Voronezh Region. Modern production with a capacity of about 900 tons per month can be located at the Maslovsky industrial park site in the Novousemansky district. The company has announced the creation of 200 new job places.
On June 18, representatives of the Lipetsk investment group presented their project to Alexander Gusev, Governor of the Voronezh Region, noting that the company plans to enter the region with new varieties of bakery products. This will allow one of the leading bakery manufacturers in the Black Earth Belt area to carve out its niche in the Voronezh market, as well as to establish deliveries to other regions.
At present, LIMAK specialists are engaged in selection of innovative foreign equipment for the Voronezh plant. During the current year it is planned to develop and approve design and estimate documentation and obtain necessary permits for construction. Construction of the plant will begin in 2021 on a 1.6 ha site. The company noted that it expects mutually beneficial cooperation with Voronezh universities for the organization of industrial practice and further employment of young personnel.
Alexander Gusev assured the investor's representatives that the region is ready to continue to provide all-round support, including all the necessary procedures. Vladimir Nikitenko, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "LIMAK", in his turn, thanked the Head of the Voronezh Region for efficient work with investors and prompt resolution of emerging issues.
